Sure, it’s cold outside. I’m not a huge fan of the New England winters. I do have to admit there’s one thing I do love about December this time of year.. those shockingly bright sunny days that can warm even the coldest corners of a house. I love the brightest days of our winter, as few and fleeting as they are. They’re motivating and soothing. I tend to take advantage of them and make medicine during these times. Writing this post as I’m listening to and enjoying the aroma of my Elderberry Syrup simmering away, knowing it’s destined to warm the spirit of a local soul who needs it. Sunshine is powerful medicine!
Speaking of syrup and souls…I’m inviting you to listen to this podcast recorded for my local chiropractic office. I’ll be teaching a class there on January 16, 2013 at 6:30 pm. You can stop by the front desk or call the office to register: 978.448.9355
The class will be a ton of fun! I will be teaching you how and what to keep on hand in your home to revitalize, energize and boost your family’s health and well-being. We will get up-close and personal tasting, touching, smelling and mixing some of our own remedies. You don’t want to miss it! In fact, if you want a sneak peak at some of the herbs we will be covering, you can check out my free gift and download your very own copy.
Enjoy the brightness in your life..!
Wishing you Herbal Health …!
